What started out as a small family owned business in 1971 has expanded into one of the finest vertically intergrated oyster farms in the region, producing world class oyster products ranging from 3mm spat to Jumbo live oysters that are in demand all over Australia by On Growers, Food Service Providors, Restaurants and quality fresh seafood retailers. In addition to our markets in Australia, Cameron's have exported via air & sea containers into Asia and Japan.
Cameron's work hard to ensure that the quality you receive as a consumer is as pristine as the waters of Southern Tasmania in which they are cultivated.

At Camerons we pride ourselves on Quality. Our ability to deliver a product that
has been nurtured by Cameron's, from larvae to mature oyster, makes Camerons ability to provide great quality live product.

After a late spawing our new season whole live oysters have regained the high standard of quality that is to be expected from all Cameron's products, as such they are on sale NOW!

 

New Packging

Our Processed frozen range of Product has undergone a face lift! In order to aid in the traceability part of our Food Safety Management Plan, which is vital to maintain our HACCP accreditation, we have altered our frozen half shell packaging so that our 10 dozen buffet boxes can be more easily distinguished from our 8 dozen standards boxes. The Buffet Line, being our primary line will retain the original blue Cameron's Logo , whilst the Standards will be repaced with a russet red logo (Buffet shown opposite, Standards underneath)
