2009 Seed Season Update 'Good News' 10 November 2009

Although the current season has been difficult to manage with volatile environmental conditions, our hatchery team has done a fantastic job this season, thus far.

Through the combination experience, diligence and dedication by our Hatchery crew we are producing far above our normal output numbers. We feel that this will fill a significant portion of excess demand as the stock begins to achieve saleable size early in the New Year.

New Packging

Our Processed frozen range of Product has undergone a face lift! In order to aid in the traceability part of our Food Safety Management Plan, which is vital to maintain our HACCP accreditation, we have altered our frozen half shell packaging so that our 10 dozen buffet boxes can be more easily distinguished from our 8 dozen standards boxes. The Buffet Line, being our primary line will retain the original blue Cameron's Logo , whilst the Standards will be repaced with a russet red logo (Buffet shown opposite, Standards underneath)
